About FreePDFModify

FreePDFModify is a set of free online tools for everyday PDF tasks: merging and splitting files, deleting, extracting, rotating and rearranging pages, compressing, converting to and from PDF, and adding text, signatures, page numbers or a watermark.

How it works

• Page tools run in your browser. Merging, splitting, rotating, rearranging pages, images to PDF, editing and signing happen on your device: the document is not uploaded to our servers. Each tool says so on its page.
• Some tasks need a server — for example compression, Word, Excel and PowerPoint conversions, PDF to images and password protection. These tools say so on the page. Uploaded files are processed and deleted automatically: the original right after processing, the result after 1 hour (24 hours for registered users).
• No account needed. Every tool works without registration. A free account adds processing history, saved presets and higher limits for server tools.

Principles

Each tool does one job and shows the settings that matter for it. We do not keep a library of your documents, we do not read them and we do not use them for anything except the operation you requested.
