Open a PDF to see how many fillable fields it contains. The Fields panel shows progress, marks required fields with an asterisk, and lets you select a field to jump to it.
Enter information in supported AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, radio groups, drop-downs, and multi-choice lists. In editable drop-downs, you can type your own text. Existing values are shown, read-only fields cannot be changed.
You can also place text, a date, or a check mark on any PDF, including one without fillable fields. These are page content only, they do not create fields or make the PDF fillable.
Before saving, review warnings for empty required fields. Select “Reset values” to restore the original values, then choose “Save filled PDF” to save the completed document.
Choose whether to flatten the form before saving. With “Flatten the form” on, entered values become part of the page and the form is removed. They remain visible in every app and printer, but can’t be changed as form fields. Without flattening, fields stay fillable, though some apps may show them as empty. Flatten when sending or printing a completed form and you need its values to appear.
Text placed on the page starts at 11 pt and black, you can adjust its size and color. Thumbnails show all pages, and zoom ranges from 25% to 400%.
The tool processes one PDF at a time. There is no site file-size limit, but processing depends on available device memory, and files over 200 MB trigger a memory warning. The output is a PDF, named with “-filled.pdf” appended by default, you can change the file name. The service is free and adds no watermark or branding.
XFA forms are unsupported, password-protected, restricted, or damaged PDFs may not open. The tool does not run form scripts or calculations, validate data, or use the form’s Submit button.
FAQ
Does the tool upload my PDF or keep entered values in my history?
No. The file and its values stay on your device, and field values are not written to your history or presets. You also don’t need to register.
Can I add content to a PDF that has no fillable fields?
Yes. You can place text, a date, or a check mark over the page. This adds visible page content, but it does not create interactive fields or turn the PDF into a fillable form.
Will special characters appear in the saved form?
Latin text with diacritics and Cyrillic are visible in saved field values. If a character is not supported by the font, such as some Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters or emoji, it is skipped and a warning is shown.
Can I fill out several PDFs at once?
No. The tool accepts one PDF at a time, so complete and save each file separately.
