Rearrange PDF Pages

Change the order of pages in a PDF by dragging page previews or entering a custom sequence. You can also rotate or remove pages and insert blank ones, then save the edited PDF.

Processed in your browser. Your file is not uploaded.

Choose a PDF to open its page previews. Drag a page to the position you want. Select multiple pages by clicking them, or Shift-click to select a range, then drag the selection together. On a touchscreen, drag the handle on a page tile. You can also move selected pages with Alt+← or Alt+→ on a keyboard.

To set an exact sequence, enter it in “Page order”, for example, 6, 1-5. Use “Reverse order” to reverse the pages, or “Reset” to return to the original order. Reset also undoes rotations, removals, and inserted blank pages.

Use “Rotate left” or “Rotate right” to turn a page 90 degrees. Choose “Delete page” to remove one, or “Insert blank page after” to add a blank page after it. At least one page must remain. When your changes are ready, choose “Save PDF” to create the revised file.

For a custom order, omitted page numbers are removed, and each original page can appear only once. Enter 0 in the order to insert a blank page. Ranges can run backward, such as 5-3, or continue to the last page with 4-. An inserted blank page takes the size of the page before it. Rotation is added to any rotation already stored in the PDF.

The tool works with one PDF at a time. There is no applied file-size or page limit, though your device’s available memory is the practical limit. Pages are not automatically sorted by printed page numbers or content. You also cannot add pages from another file, duplicate pages, or open password-protected PDFs or PDFs with permission restrictions in this tool.

The file is edited in place, so bookmarks, links, fillable forms, and metadata keep pointing to the right pages. Document information such as the title, author, subject, keywords, creator, producer, and dates stays as it was in the original.

FAQ

Is my PDF uploaded when I rearrange its pages?

No. The PDF is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. That describes where processing happens, it is not a claim about other privacy practices.

Can I enter a custom page order instead of dragging pages?

Yes. Enter the original page numbers in “Page order”, separated by commas, and use ranges when helpful, such as 6, 1-5. A range like 5-3 runs backward, and 4- includes every page from 4 to the end.

Can I delete a page or insert a blank one?

Yes. Use “Delete page” to remove a page, or “Insert blank page after” to add one after the selected page. A blank page takes the size of the page before it, and the PDF must retain at least one page.

Will a PDF larger than 200 MB work?

No file-size limit is applied, so you can try it. For a file larger than 200 MB, a warning says processing may be slow or run out of memory on phones and older computers.
